Every year runners must register with Athletics South Africa (ASA) as well as their Athletic Club. The ASA registration process is once off, but we need an up to date copy every year. Please login to ASA website and check your details then save that as you will need to upload the latest version to this site.

What is the Access Token ? Enter your First & Last name and your active email address. We will email a Private Login Token that provides only you with access to your private information. The system will send your login token to your email address. In line with the Popi act, we do not store passwords.

Annual Process Required.

Imperative to do these please.

• Register/Update your ASA details
• Save the Completed ASA form
• Print, Sign and Scan Club Indemnity
• Login to your profile using the token
• Upload your ASA and Indemnity Form
• Upload Proof of payment
• Check and complete all data
• Race Numbers are only made available in February each year. Come back and get your Race Number here when they are ready
