Every year runners must register with Athletics South Africa (ASA) as well as their Athletic Club. The ASA registration process is once off, but we need an up to date copy every year. Please login to ASA website and check your details then save that as you will need to upload the latest version to this site.

What is the Access Token ? Your email address uniquely identifies you. By adding your First, Last name and your active email address, we email a Private Login Token that provides only you with access to your private information. The system will send your login token to your email address. If you feel your token was compromised, return here and repeat the process and a brand new token generated invalidating the old one.

Process to becoming an active member

• Register/Update ASA
• Save ASA Completed form
• Print, Sign and Scan Club Indemnity
• Login to your profile from the left here using your email address or first and last name
• Upload your forms
• Check and complete all fields
• Upload Proof of payment
• A number is automatically allocated and emailed to you
